Don't Complicate the Future:
Creating a Simplified Strategic Plan

An ISEPS Webinar to Help You Manage Your Practice

What do you want your practice to look like in 5 years?  And what are you doing to get there?

Those are questions with increasing importance to ophthalmic practices, most of which are facing greater financial pressures and red tape.  Creating a strategic plan to make positive changes within your practice that help to hit your targets is quickly becoming necessary.

Join our consultant, Jill Maher, MA, COE, for an information-packed hour-long webinar that will point you in the right direction.  We'll simplify the strategic planning process for you and share some financial benchmarks so you can understand where your practice stacks up to the competition.  At the end of the session, you should have a good idea of where to begin and how to make your strategic plan a useful took to reach your practice objectives.

Read Jill's recent article on Creating a Simplified Strategic Plan which shares some reasons why a good plan for the future can make a critical difference in your practice.
