Conference Overview
Welcome to the 22nd Annual Joint Conference hosted by the Illinois Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons and the Chicago Ophthalmological Society. These two premier professional societies have sponsored what has become one of the largest state/local educational conferences in the nation.
We will be offering an information-packed, one day conference.
- Clinical education for ophthalmologists
- Practice management presentations for doctors and administrators (concurrent with the clinical session)
- Ophthalmic technicians focused on clinical courses for technical personnel in an ophthalmic office
- Residents breakout luncheon and roundtable discussion -- (additional registration is not required)
We are pleased to offer three named guest lectures. They are: ISEPS Kresca Lecture; COS Gifford Lecture; Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness Lecture.
Conference Information
- Hotel information
- Since most of our attendees are local, we do not have a block of rooms for this conference. Hotels attached to the convention center closest to our meeting rooms are the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and the Hilton Rosemont Chicago O'Hare. In addition, the Embassy Suites and the Doubletree hotels are just across the street from the convention center. For general information about hotels in the Rosemont area, CLICK HERE

- PARKING -- Plan to park in the convention center parking garage... enter by turning west from River Road across from the main entrance of the convention center (between the Doubletree and Embassy Suites hotels). Do NOT park in the Hyatt hotel parking garage. The cost for the convention center parking garage is $15.
- Public Transportation -- The CTA Blue LIne (to O'Hare) has a stop in Rosemont just a short walk from the convention center.
