2010 IAO/COS Annual Meeting

The Illinois Association of Ophthalmology and the Chicago Ophthalmological Society invite you to participate in the 6th Annual Joint Conference!

Ophthalmologist CME Claim

Doctors attending the ophthalmology sessions can claim their CME credits by completing a short online procedure.  The Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) is our joint sponsor for this conference.  A total of 10 Category 1 Credits is available.  Doctors should claim only those credits they actually earned.   To receive credit for the conference, go to the webpage (see link below) to complete the online evaluation form.  Once that step is complete, you will immediately receive your certificate of credit.  You must do this within 60 days of the conference.

Please note that the online claim form you will print out does not list the actual credits.  Here is the number of credits for each of the three conference sessions:

• Friday morning -- 3 credits
• Friday afternoon -- 4 credits
• Saturday morning -- 3 credits
• Total = 10 credits
