ICD-10 is coming Oct. 1, 2015 . . .
Is your practice ready?

3 Webinars Especially for Physicians

The differences between ICD-9 and ICD-10 can be significant - there are five times as many diagnosis codes in ICD-10! It is critically important that ophthalmologists and their staff understand the changes, the impact on practice operations, and take the necessary steps to adopt the new code set by Oct. 1.

If you have yet to undergo ICD-10 training, need a refresher course, or want to hone in on information specific to the ophthalmic procedures you most often perform, you should plan to participate one of our ICD-10 Subspecialty Coding Webinars. These 90 minute sessions will address the similarities and differences with ICD-9, present the steps to prepare for implementation, explain how new codes are organized and defined, describe the impact on medical record documentation, and offer tools to make the transition as seamless as possible. Time will be allotted for audience questions following the speaker's presentation.

We have scheduled programs to avoid conflicts with patient care hours as much as possible. For practices that are unable to participate in a live event, the programs will be available on the website for viewing at a later time. There will be a fee per registration, and you will receive one time-use-link. More details will be posted after the live webinars.

Registration

For one low price, an unlimited number of your doctors and staff can participate at a location...
the registration fee is per session and per log-in (not per person).  So for example, if you have three offices where you have staff who wish to participate, each would be a separate log-in with three registration fees (for each session).  But if you want ten people to watch the presentation in a single office, they can all listen to and watch the presentation on one computer for one registration fee.  Complete instructions on how to log-in to the Webinar will be sent by email the day before the event.

Note - you do not need to log-in to the website to access the registration form.

  • ISEPS or other state society members* --  $75 (per session)
  • Residents & Fellows --  $75 (per session)
  • Non-members -- $185 (per session)
