Early bird (received at ISEPS/COS office before March 1) - $125
Regular rate (received on or after March 1) - $150
Group Discount
ISEPS Practice Members may receive group discounts (administrator and ophthalmic tech registrations combined)
5 - 9 attendees = 5% 10 - 19 attendees = 10% 20+ attendees = 20% (discount will automatically by applied to your total)

Refunds: If you cannot attend, we will issue a refund (less a $25 processing fee) if you tell us you are cancelling no later than 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 4. Cancellations will be accepted by phone, email or regular mail, but we must receive your notice by the deadline. Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds for "no shows" or last-minute cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
